Planning ahead for the new year can feel intimidating when you don't have a clear vision of where you want to be and what steps you need to get there. Don't feel pressured to stay the same - embrace the change in your aspirations, priorities, and dreams as you grow.

That's where we come in :).

We designed this 90-minute workshop to help you claim your North Star (aka your biggest, wildest dreams), build attainable goals that align with your values, and step outside of old habits that hold you back from self-advocating and thriving.

Here’s what typically happens: We limit our dreams to be “logical” and “more realistic" which translates into playing it safe and playing small on a daily basis. As a result, we stop ourselves from truly reaching our highest potential in our careers, and worst, stop ourselves from having fulfilled lives.
