5/27/20 AAPI Women: Unapologetically Recognize Your Worth & Negotiate With Confidence

We are celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month here at GA!

We all need money to pay the bills, support our community, and create our dream lifestyle. To make that paper, you need to confidently ask for a rate or salary that reflects your incredible value, and control how you influence and show up in your relationships with stakeholders.

Join this webinar if asking for what you deserve and need in business scares you, and you’ve ever had any of these thoughts in the back of your mind:

● “I don’t want them to think I’m greedy if I ask for more...”
● “I just want to get my foot through the door and prove myself first...”
● “I don’t think I have the leverage to ask for more because I was laid off...”
● “If I say what I really think, they'll retaliate and say I’m being difficult...”

In this webinar, we’ll get real about the mindsets that typically stop Asian, Pacific Islanders, and first-gen women from self-advocating, speaking up, and claiming the pay, positions, and relationships that they deserve.

All are welcome: This is designed for all self-identified API women, including cis, gay, straight, non-binary, and trans womxn -- if you're looking to level up your pay, positions, and recognition in your career come through. AND any and all allies are welcome because we ALL gotta get paid and support one another.
